Terms & Conditions

Effective 8 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Snoosh website, software, applications and related services (the “Platform”). By creating an account, subscribing or using Snoosh, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Snoosh

Snoosh is a digital bookkeeping and business-management platform designed primarily for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Depending on the plan and features available, Snoosh may help users record sales and expenses, manage products and inventory, maintain transaction records, view business performance, generate reports or statements, and use other bookkeeping and business-management tools.

2. Software, not professional advice

Snoosh provides software tools and does not replace a qualified accountant, tax practitioner, auditor, financial adviser, attorney or other professional adviser. Reports and calculations depend on the information supplied by users. Users remain responsible for reviewing their records and obtaining professional advice where required.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and current information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Please contact Snoosh promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Subscriptions and pricing

Snoosh operates primarily as a subscription service. Available plans, features, trial periods and prices are displayed on the Snoosh website or checkout page. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Snoosh may introduce or change plans and pricing and will give reasonable notice where a change materially affects an existing recurring subscription.

5. Payments and recurring billing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By authorising a recurring subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the subscription amount according to the billing frequency shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

6. Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, paid access may be restricted or suspended while payment remains outstanding, subject to applicable law and the payment provider’s processes.

7. Customer data

Users retain ownership of the business information and records they enter or upload, subject to the rights Snoosh needs to process that information to provide the service. Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate and that they have authority to provide it. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Snoosh for fraud or unlawful activity, deliberately maintain fraudulent records, gain unauthorised access to systems, introduce malicious code, interfere with Platform security, use another person’s account without permission, or unlawfully copy or exploit Snoosh software.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep Snoosh reliable and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, internet or hosting failures, payment-provider interruptions and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

10. Accuracy and user responsibility

Snoosh processes information based on user data and the rules implemented in the Platform. Incorrect, incomplete or misclassified information may produce incorrect reports or calculations. Each business remains responsible for its own financial records, tax obligations and statutory submissions.

11. Intellectual property

The Snoosh name, branding, software, interface, designs, functionality and original content belong to Snoosh or its applicable licensors. A subscription grants permission to use the Platform; it does not transfer ownership of Snoosh intellectual property.

12. Suspension and termination

Snoosh may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, unlawful or fraudulent use, security abuse, non-payment, or use that materially harms Snoosh or other users. Where appropriate, reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, Snoosh is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, including losses caused by inaccurate information entered by a user. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Platform, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on the Snoosh website.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to hey@Snoosh.co.za or through the Snoosh Contact page.
